OK...Now you can check out firebrushedstudio.com! I have a welcome page, and some icon boxes (thank you Billy and Lisa Davis for the photos!), and it's connected to my blog...ta da!  To fully appreciate this miracle, you must know that 4 years ago I didn't know how to text, couldn't add an attachment to an email, couldn't down (or up) load pictures...didn't know what a blog was...maybe there weren't any...I don't know.

Wicked Plum

So.....I heard about this great web site building thingy called wicked plum...it's for artist and musicians...I now have a web page!.... firebrushedstudio.com..... Don't check it out yet because there's absolutely nothing on it.  I have great hopes for this...the women that run it are super nice and helpful...maybe by the end of the month I'll finally have a webpage!  I'm sure it would be much sooner if I weren't in the middle of moving (so not my favorite thing)...I have a good feeling about this move though...I'm moving to Clay Street!  How perfect is that?

Looking Good

This is a finished experiment that I rather like.  I wasn't sure how I was going to glaze her...I thought there would be too much black to see any of the detail.  Nope...she looks pretty good.

If I ever locate my camera again I'll take another picture of her that's not so blurry.  The coppery bits are roses and the box is not quite matt and not quite gloss...sort of oil slick looking...now, if only I could remember what glaze I used!
